Whipple Free Library provides several after school programs for kindergarten and elementary aged children.
Paws To Read (Emerging and confident readers)
Paws to Read is a wonderful program that provides children who are just learning to read or those that are building their read-aloud confidence the space to practice without judgement. Whipple Free Library is currently in partnership with a lovely Chihuahua mix named Peach, and her human mom, Anne. Reading appointments are for 10 minutes per child. Our next Paws To Read is scheduled for September 17 starting at 3:30 PM. Please visit the website and select your preferred time slot here.

Lego Club (Grades 1-6)
Do you love to create and build with Legos? Then Lego Club is the place for you! We meet every other Wednesday and challenge ourselves and each other with making the best creation possible. Start with a challenge or two, or build on your own. Each week we display our works of art in our Display Case until our next class. Our first meeting of Lego Club will be October 8 at 2:30 PM.
