The Grace children want to share their story, but the faeries will do everything possible to stop them…

The Next Chapter (Grades 3-6)

Join us for a very special book group for kids that are just learning to read. We’ll take turns reading the same book aloud and develop our reading comprehension by asking questions and talking about the book as we go.

If attending this class, your child can expect to:

  • Practice reading a section aloud (it’s ok if we’re just practicing, the point is that we try!)
  • Draw or color their interpretations of what we are reading with the opportunity to share with the class after
  • Talk about the book

We will be reading a longer easy reader or a smaller chapter book each month for about 30 – 45 minutes. It is recommended that you attend all of the classes so you don’t miss out on the story!

Please make sure that you bring a snack and a drink.
